Abstract: Some notes are presented on the flora and fauna found during a visit to Killybegs, Co. Donegal. A number of hydroid zoophytes were recorded in addition to those already mentioned in the 1910 list (Irish Naturalist, April, 1910). An interesting coelenterate, Velella vulgaris, was also recorded in Gorteen Bay, Connemara, Co. Galway.
