Abstract: An account is given of a six day botanical survey of the Saltee Islands. A previous one day survey found 153 species. In the time between the surveys the islands became uninhabited and cultivation and sheep grazing was abandoned. In the current survey, 60 additional species were recorded, and 30 species found by Hart in the first survey, where not found in the second survey. A number of maritime species are listed.
