Abstract: A short note on the discovery of very large numbers of molluscs, Helicella virgata, H. barbara, with a few Hygromia hispida and a few Helix aspersa along a tidal inlet, all in a thick mass of vegetable debris swept off of the grassy area by an unusually high tide.
