Abstract: A short note on the rediscovery of rare isopods Armadillidium album on the strand at Ballykinler, a MOD firing range on the north side of Dundrum Bay, Co. Down in May 1994. This category three rare species was first discovered in 1978 in the inner bay but had not been sighted since the early 1980s.
