Abstract: This paper lists eight species of Echinodermata collected off the Irish coast since 1981. Data on their size, the position, depth, bottom-type and collection method at each sampling location are given and the status of each in Irish waters is discussed. The deepwater echinoid Phormosoma placenta was also found (but is not included in the species list).
