Abstract: A short report on the mysid fauna of six localities on the northern shore of Belfast Lough. At low tide mysids were collected from the six localities, namely Macedon Point, Jordanstown (Lough Shore Park), Greenisland, and Carrickfergus (The Point, Fisherman's Quay, and Bonnybefore) using a D-net worked through water at a depth of about 2 feet for exactly 2 minutes. Results for each locality give total number, ovigerous females, substrate and remarks. All, except one specimen, belonged to the species Praunus flexuosus.
