Abstract: Paper presents results of a claw tagging experiment on the edible crab, Cancer pagurus in Roaring Water Bay, Co. Cork. Monthly recapture data for males and females are presented for 1969 and 1970 fishing seasons. Data are presented for the local movement of recaptured animals (the number of which were low).
