Abstract: Paper presents some unpublished records of benthic marine algae from the Leitrim coast, in addition to species found by the author during a recent visit. Recent specimens are recorded with brief comments with respect to either abundance or habitat description. Some specimens were also recorded from the Sligo coast near the Leitrim border.
