Abstract: An annotated species list places on record notes on the occurrence and status of some of the non-commercial species encountered during a cruise off the southwest coast of Ireland. The purpose of the cruise was to investigate the industrial fisheries potential in the area using a Danish box trawl with fine meshed sprat netting in the cod end. Sixteen stations were trawled: depth, longitude and latitude given in paper.
