Abstract: Paper gives notes on tunicate records which were obtained primarily between October 1948 and December 1949 by shore collecting or dredging in Dalkey Sound, Co. Dublin. Brief habitat descriptions are given. The four main shore collecting stations were as follows: (1) south side of Howth Head, between Sutton and Bailey, (2) Seapoint rocks, (3) Sandycove rocks and (4) the shore around Dalkey Island.
