Abstract: A short note on the effects of cold weather between February and March 1947 on fish, worms and molluscs. Around Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin numbers of dazed and dead wrasse and congers were seen, in addition to a dying and a dead squid, dying ragworms and dead and rotting cockles.
