Abstract: Paper discusses distribution, length and age, seasonal diets, diet and fish species, and diet and sampling locality for Montagu's blenny and shanny collected on the exposed rocky western shore of Mweenish Island and Inverin, Co. Galway and Carnsore Point, Co. Wexford at approximately monthly intervals between July 1977 and April 1978. Collections were made at low water spring and neap tides.
