Abstract: This paper reports on 56 species of Opisthobranchia taken from Valencia Harbour in the 1890s. The appearance and habitat of each species is noted. Detailed descriptions and taxonomic discussion are given for Aeolidia glauca, Cuthona peachii, Cavolina aurantiaca, Amphorina coerulea, Lomanotus portlandicus and L. marmoratus. An undescribed species of Doris or Archidoris, believed to be new to science, was dredged from sand at 25 fathoms.
