Abstract: Paper presents length frequency distributions of unsegregated landings of megrim, (Lepidorhombus whiffiagonis and L. boscii) collected on a random basis in 1989 and 1990 from various ports around Ireland. Observations on growth, sex ratio and ageing using otoliths were made on a subsample of the landings.
