Abstract: Paper investigates the diet of 801 corkwing wrasse Crenilabrus melops sampled from 6 locations in Galway Bay and 51 corkwings from Dinard, France. Dietary analysis was carried out on stomach contents. The results are divided into the following headings: feeding intensity, composition of diet, diet and fish size, seasonal variation in diet, and diet and sex.
