Abstract: This paper is part of a series of observations on teleostean ova (and larvae hatched therefrom, on board) collected off the west coast of Ireland, between Aran Islands on the south and Killybegs Bay on the north in 1890. Development from egg to adult is discussed, and spawning seasons noted in some cases.
