Abstract: Paper looks at distribution, food, growth and reproduction in species of fish taken in tide pools and along south shore of Dublin, as well as fishes such as bass or mullet taken in sprat weirs and beach seines. Incidental data are also provided for species such as bass, mullet and shads taken in inshore waters around the Irish coast (including estuarine species).
