Abstract: Paper presents results of recording marine Mollusca at four sites in the Burren, i.e. Fanore Bay, Ballyvaughan Bay, Murroogh and south-west of Black Head. Site descriptions and species lists are given for all four sites. It was noted that a feature of these shores is sub-tidal emergence phenomenon, which was apparent in many animal groups.
