Abstract: A short note correcting a statement (INJ 3:91) that the mollusc Solecurtus chamasolen had not been taken in a living state in the northeast of Ireland. A fresh looking specimen in the National Museum, Dublin, marked Strangford Lough, indicated otherwise.
