Abstract: An investigation of marine algae in Roundstone Bay, Co. Galway is discussed. Specimens were collected by dredging in both Roundstone Bay and Birturbui Bay to record mainly epiphytic algal forms. A description of the characterising species is presented, though there are no detailed results of the survey.
