Abstract: This short note comments on H.C. Hart's 'Notes on marine Mollusca collected on the coasts of Donegal and Dublin' published in the Zoologist and extracts a list of 26 species as being the rarer shells recorded from the following counties: Donegal, Dublin, Derry, Wexford, Down, Galway, Waterford, Louth.
