Abstract: Paper describes flora found on the shores of Northern Ireland as part of a coastal survey. Approximately 3.5 miles of coast line are covered in this paper which includes Ardglass and neighbouring shore line, from the gulley known as The Pill to St. Patrick's Well. Most of the coast line is rocky, with gulley formation. A few places surveyed are sheltered, but for the most part the area is highly exposed to wave action and winds from east and southeast.
