Abstract: This short note refers to a report by E.W.L. Holt and W.M. Tattersall (Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist. (Series 7), vol. xvi, 1905, pp 1-10) concerning two new schizopod species taken from deep water 200 miles west of Valencia, Co. Kerry, viz.: Katerythrops oceanae and Gnathophausia drepanephora.
