Abstract: A list of the Foraminifera, which were easily recognisable from collections of 'Chloritic Sands' and 'Yellow Sands' from Whitehead is presented. There are no previous references made to the occurrence of these organisms within the chloritic deposits, with the exception of one paper. Two species of Foraminifera, Textularia gobulosa and Globigerina creatacea, were particularly abundant.
