Abstract: A new Irish record of the Polyzoa Hypophorella expansa is noted from Broad Haven, Co. Mayo. This species of Polyzoa inhabits passages that it forms within the tubes of certain marine polychaetes, mainly Chaetopterus and Lanice sp. Previous records of this species from Britain are noted.
