Description: Bur parsley is also called bur chervil and is now a very rare annual of dry waste ground and hedge banks. It is rather similar to the very common cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) but much more delicate, and with pronounced hook-like bristles on the fruits. Mostly recorded from the Ards Peninsula.
There are recent records only from Larne Lough and Magilligan.
